3 DAYS SKIING IN THE ATLAS MOUNTAINS FROM MARRAKECH

The High Atlas Mountains are one of the most exotic ski touring destinations, and skiing in this country that evokes more desert and beaches is an experience that will not leave you indifferent.

Toubkal, the highest point of North Africa to 4167 m is surrounded by high mountains forming a barrier, 70 km south of Marrakech. This, as well as the altitude and the collection of valleys allow a constant snow during the winter.

DAY 1

MARRAKRCH - IMLIL 1740M - TOUBKAL NATIONAL PARK - TOUBKAL REFUGE AT 3207M

After traditional breakfast at your Hotel or riad in Marrakech transfer to Imlil in the starting point of your ski trip, a steady climb takes you to the refuge of Toubkal refuge installation, dinner and overnight there. A total of 5 to 7 hours of hiking.

DAY 2

TOUBKAL REFUGE AT 3207M - TOUBKAL SUMMIT AT 4167M

Your first day of skiing, actually begin the ascent of Mount Toubkal, the latter which is the highest in North Africa, a beautiful view across the mountains, then you will settle in valleys great, then back to the Refuge. dinner and overnight. A total of 5 to 7 hours of skiing.

DAY 3

TOUBKAL REFUGE 3207M -RAS AND TIMZGUIDA N’OUANOUKRIM 4089M – IMLIL 1700M – MARRAKEH

Day devoted to climb Mont OUNKRIM and descent green Imlil, lunch and transfer back to Marrakech, transfer to hotel or riad. A total of 5 to 6 hours of skiing.
