4 Days Ski touring in the High Atlas Mountains

This ski trip will take us each day to a new valley with magnificent landscape. We will live in mountain gîtes ) and we will be accompanied by a local group: a guide, a cook, carriers and donkeys that will carry our equipment when we go down the valley.

DAY 1

Marrakesh - Imlil / Tacheddirt / Imnane Valley

After breakfast, transfer by minibus to the village of Agersioual starting point of your hike, meet the team, you the pass that bears the name of the village to reach the valley of Imnane a slight rise takes you to the village of Tachdirte, night in Gist House, dinner and overnight. A total 4 to 6 hours of Hiking.

DAY 2

Imnane Valley / Tizi Likemt / Tacheddirt

We’ll head for Tizi Likemt at 3555 metres for a great day of skiiing before we spend the night at the Tacheddirt gîte. A total of skiing 5 to 7 hours.

DAY 3

Tacheddirt / Iguenouan / Imlil

We’ll ski from the Tacheddirt gite to Iguenouan at 3882 metres ASL. Then, we’ll descend to Imlil and send the night in a guest house hamam & special dinner. A total of skiing 5 to 7 hours.

DAY 4

Imlil / Marrakech

We finish our skiing tour today and we’ll head back to Marrakech in the morning. In Marrakech, you’ll spend the night in a hotel.

Left Marrakech to visit Imlil Village, our guide, his name is Hocaine is the famous and friendly tourist guide we've met.. every body knows him..he's from this small Berber village who lead us up the mountain where we had a delicious Moroccan traditional lunch. imlil-trekking.com invites you to experience a different face of Morocco. Just 1,5 hours drive from Marrakech you enter another world, another time. Leaving behind hot and busy streets, crowded souks and hooting cars High Atlas Mountains greet you with breath taking views, green oases, rivers, waterfalls and shadows under age-old nut trees.  Laughing children pass by, muletiers load their donkeys and Berber women already put on fire for mint tea and Berber tajine.  .
