6 Days Ski Touring Toubkal Morocco Mountains

Fantastic ski touring around Djebel Toubkal in the High Atlas, remote mountain villages and buzzing Marrakech in springtime

Ski touring in Morocco means exotic adventure: The High Atlas soars 4.167 meters above the vibrant city of Marrakech – one of the most oriental places of the Maghreb – the valleys are blooming while the peaks are still covered in soft spring snow, and the Berber people are always good company.

DAY 1

Marrakech / Imlil / Toubkal Refuge

Pick up from Marrakech at 8h30 and drive to imlil where you will meet our team consit of experieced Mountain Guide, Mules, Muleteers and Porters and then start you first day trek to Toubkal Base Camp Refuge.

DAY 2

Toubkal refuge 3207m – Toubkal summit 4167m - Toubkal refuge 3207m

Climb the summit at 4167m and skiing allthe way down to the refuge.

DAY 3

Toubkal Refuge 3207M –Ras Ouankrim 4089M

Climb the summit at 4 089m Ras Ouankrim and skiing all the way down to the refuge.

DAY 4

Day devoted to climb Mont Afla - imlil

Climb the summit at 4043 Afella Peak and skiing all the way down to the refuge for lunch and after lunch skiing to the snow level and return to refuge.

DAY 5

Toubkal Refuge 3207m – Clocheton 3963m - Imlil

Climb the summit Clocheton corridor at 3963m and ski back to the refuge for lunch and the after lunch skiing down to the snow level and then walk back to imlil.

DAY 6

Transfer back to Marrakech

Left Marrakech to visit Imlil Village, our guide, his name is Hocaine is the famous and friendly tourist guide we've met.. every body knows him..he's from this small Berber village who lead us up the mountain where we had a delicious Moroccan traditional lunch. imlil-trekking.com invites you to experience a different face of Morocco. Just 1,5 hours drive from Marrakech you enter another world, another time. Leaving behind hot and busy streets, crowded souks and hooting cars High Atlas Mountains greet you with breath taking views, green oases, rivers, waterfalls and shadows under age-old nut trees.  Laughing children pass by, muletiers load their donkeys and Berber women already put on fire for mint tea and Berber tajine.  .
